All you need is a free program called Cool Mp3 Splitter, don't worry, it dosn't come with adware or spyware... click here to get it:

When you've done the downloading business, double click on the file and run the installation. It's pretty simple and will take about 20 seconds. When the installation is done, it will ask you if you want to launch the program. Unless you are being awkward, select the box that means yes.
You should get a little box with 3 buttons at the bottom, unless you want to buy the program, just click ok. This will take you to the main program.
